Dripping glue in toilet
Just picked up our new TT today. Good timing too because the weather's suddenly turned nice. :) The 3" ABS pipe inside the toilet, before it enters the holding tank, has glue hanging down from it...

Excess glue from fittings was not your problem in last TT.
Sounds more like the 'cut-out disc' (installer cuts holes for vent, drain, dump lines) was not removed from tank and when you drained tank it got stuck in drain opening blocking off drain line.
Those discs have to be removed by hand.
