Suburban or Atwood (I'm guessing Suburban)
Why?
Atwood uses one control board and two (Main/Safety or ECO) thermostats and if the ECO opens the FAULT light comes on
Suburban uses two independent control systems. Each one has an ECO.
I'm guessing the main Gas T-Stat is not opening when it should causing the water to get a tad extra hot (This by the way is easy to test) and opening the ECO. either than or the ECO is opening too fast. or somebody switched 'em up.
How to test
Heat water
Stick a meat or candy thermometer in a styrafoam cup and fill with hot water. Let it overflow for a bit. Read temp of water 120 is normal 160 is HOT. 180 should open the ECO.
