Perhaps the TC is still plugged into the truck and the truck is drawing from the camper batteries. You can check camper battery voltage with it plugged into the truck and then when unplugged. If the draw is from that, then camper battery voltage should rise. (less of a load)
Same idea for seeing if voltage rises, remove DC fuses one at a time to see if voltage jumps.
With that big of a draw, the battery voltage must be lower from the load, so you can use that instead of an ammeter. The typical 10a ammeter in a multimeter is likely to fry with the size of the mystery load. 10a in six hours is only 60AH out of your 225AH.
