AFAIK the truck brake controller won't get any signal from the camper (no brakes) so I doubt there is a problem with it not seeming to work.
There was a thread about a camper's Happijack controller acting up. OP mentions electric jacks. Can they be stuck "on" when set to off, so drawing power? (somebody mentioned jacks earlier in this thread I think)
Beats me. Anyway you can operate as is, just unplug when parked and plug back in before leaving. You will find the mystery draw sometime.
