Not the case in mine - 4 showers in one night, one after another, 4 hair dryer cycles. I'm reasonably sure the water heater heating at the time.
WH and hair dryer, marginal but should be ok on 30A.
WH,Hair dryer, AC unless the WH is not the normal 1500W element, I would expect 30A breaker to trip
AC 13A
WH 15A
hair dryer 12-15A
total is well above 30A.
Now with a 50 A service, should be no problem
