Elec problem in turn signal, seeking advice

When doing pre-trip my left turn signal works the way it should, with the turn signal turned on from steering wheel. But when I put on 4 way hazard on, only right side flashes (blinks). Stock 2013 led's

Any idea how to trouble shoot?

    Trailer is 2013 Arctic fox. Tow vehicle 2001 dodge 3/4 (Pre led) maybe that's my problem?

    Or at the hazard signal switch......assuming that "old" technology is in use here and the lights aren't all computer controlled.

    What type of vehicle/RV are you referring to? Turn signals and hazard flashers are divided in the turn signal switch. I did a lot of these repairs when I was a Mechanic.
