I think it’s either Cuisinart or Breville that make a stainless steel electric skillet as was mentioned above, but based on experience look for the larger one, it’s up to IIRC 1800 watts wide open and a larger cooking surface. Cranked back it will work as a slow cooker or just to keep food warm.
