Depends on the price of propane and the price of electricity in the park. Both prices could vary tremendously.
Around here right now, propane runs between $1.69 per gallon (Tractor Supply Co.) and $4.50 (local outdoors outfitter place).
If you are interested, I'm sure it would be easy to find the BTU's per gallon of propane and per kWh of electricity, factor in the price, and do the math to see which is cheaper per BTU.
Around here, propane is usually the second least expensive choice for home heating and electrical resistance heat is always most expensive, usually about twice the cost of propane. (Wood is the cheapest. Natural gas is not available here.) Electric heat pump compares nicely to propane from a cost standpoint for home heating in milder weather.
