Just had a good long informative talk with a Monaco service rep. We think you all are right, the house batteries are flat dead. Not sure why yet but will dig into this to figure out.
He also told me about the solenoid under the drivers area that the battery cutoff switch operates, said it may be acting up as well and one temp fix is to just bypass the solenoid altogether which will leave 12 volts to the house 100% of the time. Not ideal if storing the RV but might help me by eliminating at least one obstacle in figuring this all out.
