to the OP
your testing ? not camping ?
are you connected to shore power ?
after several tries, pulling power from the battery.
the converter amps into the battery could have increased tripping the 30amp breaker, or maybe just keeping it at 30amps for several minutes, heated it up
where is the trimeteric located, in the wiring
in the inverter cables ? main battery negative ground cable ?
what was the battery voltage under load ?
52 amps at 12v at the inverter would 624 input
so 54-56 amps input would include inverter losses
and sounds correct, and in multiple tests, with out recharging the batteries, the amps into the inverter will go up as the battery voltage goes down, as it maintains the 120v 600w output load of the coffee maker
i don't think any thing is wrong
I think the the Hotel models
only use power when you push the start button and take a little longer,
one small 8oz cup
its not instant, it doesn't keep water hot
our hotel room has a one cup instant brew maker called a "Haus Maid"
one little push button, auto off, one little cup of water
it uses little coffee pouch/bags , not kuerig cups, but same idea
