You don't have to be plugged in to shore power for this to happen. It depends on how/where the output from the inverter is used.
Tell us EXACTLY where the inverter OUTPUT is connected. Is it hardwired into the camper or is the Keurig plugged into the outlet on the inverter and nowhere else?
