I've had my Wolf Creek 850 for 13 years and have seen this question many times posted by new owners. There is a Cabover Power switch in the main control panel that is a master switch for 12-volt power up there. It seems odd but can be useful to turn everything off without having to climb up there and over the bed to reach a switch.

Mine has a cabover switch on the control panel. It's a master switch for those items you mentioned
