Just a suggestion? Flip each breaker in your panel from on, back to off, and then on again. Sometimes a breaker can pop and it still looks like its in the normal position. Considering everything is off, I'd start with the Main first then work your way down to each breaker one at a time.
If that fixes it, your good. If that doesn't work, then your power supply panel box may have been hit by a power surge. Do you have any kind of RV Power Surge, EMS system on your camper? It's possible that may have received a power hit and shut down.
One more thought? Since this happened at that campground, did you also check the breaker at the campground power pole?
