As mentioned, couple of things.

Please define:

From the sounds of it, and only assuming here as there really is not nearly enough information, I would guess the OP is referring to plugging into shore power and losing 110 AC electrical. If that is the case to where you are losing ALL of the 110 AC, then most likely you are faced with an issue from where the TT is plugged into shore power to the Distribution Panel.

But do yourself a favor, be specific in what is working and what is not working and what has been looked at, repaired, etc... as much specific info as possible will help those trying to help you.
