How would you explain the situation where here at my desk I can take a 10 MegOhm Digital VOM and measure as much as 2 VAC (from a 60 Hz Single Phase source) from my body to a local Ground Conductor.
IMO. my body is capacitively coupled to the Electric Field as opposed to induction from a Magnetic Field, if and when a Magnetic Field exists.
Also, if you have not read the "For example..." link in my first post, please do so, I would love to have your opinion on that thread. Thank you.
