Should be a fuse right there close. If it looks good make sure the crimp didnt come loose. Mine broke camping and just pushing the wires together was enough to make contact and use the jack. Left it like that for awhile.
Good example where a clamp meter would answer question quickly. Push the button and if you see 10amps it means the motor possibly froze. But definitely have good connections up to that point. Problem would be downstream of the clamp meter.
Could pop the switch out and check for continuity. If the switch is broken just cut the wires and touch them together to use the jack. Until you can get a new switch.
