Espar d2 easy start select setup

this is what i found hold the 2 arrow buttons for more than 5 seconds to get to workshop menu see page 22 and 23 espar easy start select

I've been searching a long time and so unfortunately I've seen that video , that's what I'm trying to do but I have a different controller then the guy in the video.
My controller is the Espar easy start select.
