Ooooooooooooooops!
Some areas oxygenates are NOT mandatory. Not at all meaning zero. Other areas they are required. In areas where legislators have Archer Daniels Midland in their back pocket and the other way around, they would mandate alcoholing your lawn and bathing in it if they could get away with it. Surprised in corn country, ADM does not buy up the directive banning the selling of gin and vodka.
