In WA state I have found that a lot of the Pacific Pride industrial cardlock stations have alcohol-free, especially in 91/92 octane (which my car needs). You can get a card for these, just see their web site and contact someone to get an app. You don't need to be a business.
As a side benefit, I get to pump my own gas in Oregon when I use it :-)
However, in the more urban areas oxygenated gas is required by law from Oct to March I believe.
Oh, and you can test for the presence of alcohol yourself. Put a little water in a glass jar and mark the level. Add gas and shake, then let settle. If the water level changed then it has alcohol (water and alcohol mix).
