Force the EPA to PUBLISH independent studies of COMPLETE analysis of combustion byproducts with and without alcohol. Not just HC, CO and NOX, but EVERYTHING. A total list. I have been to too many alcohol fuel races and Brazil to fall for the idea that ADM's ace-in-the-hole is a viable "cures all" panacea. Pit politics, money, and The Truth against one another and then see how things settle out. The Truth always seems to lose.

MANDATE and make MANDATORY computerized control of traffic lights, everywhere. The necessity of having to dig pavement and bury sensors is stupidly obsolete. Such an effort could if people were smart, demand 100% compliance that every nut and bolt of such a project be made in the USA with USA materials.
