Thanks, Mike. Mine has the old 'eight screw' screen but I have plenty of time when camping to take it off. I've never been bold enough to remove the fan blade. I did once replace the lift mechanism motor, though. :) Does the FV require any lubrication?
I like to use a light machine oil to lubricate the motor.
