Map sensor was replaced and the hoses all check out for it.
If I am going 45 and hit the gas it seems like I accellerate much more normally than from a start or up a hill.
The performance for accelerating from a stop is about the same as before, but the engine idles better, starts better, and has good constant oil pressure, and I would venture to guess slightly improved mpg since the work.
I don't believe I disconnected any timing sensor unless it was done inadvertantly during the raising of the engine and removal of exterior components.
Perhaps a better way to word it is the engine struggles for power when under heavier loads.
I will see about trying to manually start from stop in both 1st and 2nd and see what kind of difference there.
Love tests I can run that don't cost me anything to help rule things out. Haha
