Fixed toilet bowl seal
Well read about using vinegar in my toilet bowl as it would lose the water in bowl, sure enough poured some in let it sit, it did not go dry and after flushing a few times, it now holds water in bowl....

vinegar might have removed any crud that was keeping it from sealing. We clean with vinegar and fill with olive oil between trips.
