fixed!electrical issue 120 v plugs don't work but a/c does?

so plugged into 50 amp panel like usual at a friends ranch. air conditioning works fine but none of the typical 15 amp plug circuits would work. any thoughs? obviously i had the breakers on, che...

you can turn the inverter OFF at the inverter or with the remote panel IF it has one

that breaker is the 110v from the breaker panel, which passes thru the internal transfer switch

NO power to inverter, no power on those outlets, either the breaker power has to be on
or the inverter has to be on
