fixed!electrical issue 120 v plugs don't work but a/c does?

so plugged into 50 amp panel like usual at a friends ranch. air conditioning works fine but none of the typical 15 amp plug circuits would work. any thoughs? obviously i had the breakers on, checked all the gfi stuff. don't get it. see quick video i posted on sons youtube accouont since i can't figure out how to put a picture on here. https://youtu.be/urzdrIsgAto
