Basically the area you can not reach easily, ventilate it if you can (Fan, or better yet warm air fan (Heater). Blow on it for a few days and dry it out.
When I had wet carpet from water heater fitting I dried up the wood first and then pulled up the carpet and dried with wet vacuum as good as it could and then put a box fan blowing on the area. It worked for me but my area was much smaller then yours.
