I NEVER go to a dealership for ANY work on my coach.
Call a RV Mobile Repair guy. Their rates are MUCH LOWER than a dealership that has mediocre at best service techs in regards to work inside an RV. Mobile repair shops have seen it all and have repaired it all and carry everything needed on board. And if they do need a part they go and get it right then and there or at the lastest the next morning.....try that a dealership won't happen! W
AND
They come to you as you sit back having a cold one AND can be right there to tell them exactly what you want done and if they have a better way of doing it you are right there to give them the go ahead.
IMHO be careful about hiring carpenters for cabinetry work. They really don't know all about what is behind walls, the strength of RV walls, where 12 volt wires might be running, etc etc. in an RV vs what they are used to working on a stick built.
Since I discovered Mobil RV Repair I just can't say enough good things about them. Call a CG you like and are familiar with and ask who they use for Mobile RV repair. You 'will' get the best one around by referral. Good Luck
