Drops to 100 volts and you get 120. Drops to 105 and 125 appears. The RV and I live fine with Mexico's official 127 volt CFE power standard. One thing is the big plants produce 120.0 Hz power +- .1 to .2 Hz. Gotta be some good in a world of buzzes, pops, arcs and burnt-sienna grade brownouts. We won't talk about "Honey where's the flashlight" time.
