Sadly they updated the standard for power generation to allow greater frequency wander.. Just so you know.. I believe this is a "Trial" change, but you know how those trials go.
True story: A RV park I used to frequent the main transformer fried, So the power company brought out a "Temporary" till they got a new, properly sized one in.
Then the underground feeder from the transformer to the distribution panel fried.. Well the manager came back from a wedding reception, rolled up the sleeves on his tux and got power back to essential services and part of the park, then the next day came back and pulled new underground feeder, Nice BIG copper to replace the same size ALUMINUM that had been there.
The lower resistance of the copper determined the defination of "Teporary" as the "Temporary" transformer lasted about a week, then occupancy peaked again and POP when the too-small temp box.
