The guy does return phone calls. He does work out of his garage. I took mine to him for repair. Once he heard I was an engineer, he took me back to his garage and did a complete demo on my repaired unit and showed me all the other stuff he had. And, I got to hear about all the cut throat and intrigue in that business and how people stole his design. Took me a while to get away from him.

I got my unit fixed and heard some good stories. Good trip.
