Since the air conditioner is the item I'd most wish to protect, I would consider a Triplite Line Conditioner LC2400 which will correct voltage from about 89 to 140.
Although it is only 20 amps it would keep the air conditioner and converter happy. It is surge protected, as well.
If your pockets are deep enough you could use a constant voltage transformer
