Fridge replacing cooling unit with compressor

I've seen their video before and someplace either in the notes or in another one of their other video's they talk about some issues they've had. Those issues are ice formation on the coils, for which they added fans, and difficulty getting the fridge below 40 degrees.

I'm curious if how it's working out for them now.
