Front panel delamination '99 terry 5th wheel

Bought a used Terry last autum. Noted a bubble in the lower front panel causing the panel to seperate from the lower outside corner trim. This spring the panel is almost completely seperated from the frame. How do I repair this? Is it moisture that has caused this - the roof seems in good shape. There doesnt seem to be moisture behind the loose panel.I Any advise? Thanks!
