Garmin RV 760LMT & Ram Mounts cradle don't work together

Just bought a Ram Mounts RAM-HOL-GA54U cradle (in photo below) and also the Garmin GPS that included a BC-20 backup camera. The dock will not fit into the cradle and cannot be screwed in place. I ...

I figured out what it is. If you get the Garmin GPS unit with a backup camera, the dock is a bit thicker and there's no way it can be mounted into the cradle with the screws supplied by Ram. There must be a lots of folks with the backup camera and not sure why Ram hasn't addressed this.
