You appear to have the same unit that I have on my Rexhall Vision. I experienced the same problem you are having and was able to trace it down to the plastic cover over the choke solenoid. I moved the cover out the thickness of a small washer and it is no longer sticking and it now starts from inside again. When inspecting the cover I could see where it was rubbing. Basically it was a choke problem. JMO

Thats correct all I do is kick it over from either location with no priming. I do hear a relay kick in when I use the dash remote.

Are you priming before starting?

I "assume" he is doing exactly the same thing whether inside or out? just pushing the button, not messing with the winter/summer switch, etc.? does the inside switch carry high amperage or is it relayed?
