Oh no! I hate when I see those Champion generators in campgrounds. They are noisy. You can hear them clear across the CG.
Not all Champion generators are open-frame contractor-style generators, like this one. I own one and would NEVER use one in a campground.
But Champion makes a number of very good INVERTER generators, with comparable noise levels to Honda and Yamaha.
