In my coach, the bathroom GFCI also feeds the refrigerator. Unplug the refrigerator from the 120 V outlet intestine again.
Somewhere the neutral and ground are touching each other.

If you can tell us what electrical items you had the dealer work on, we might be able to point you in the right direction. A good rule of troubleshooting is to always go back To the last place you were which is the dealership doing the repairs.
