Glass separating on Atwood Excel tilt-out windows

Hi guys... doing some spring cleaning, and found a little surprise on one of my windows.

Left side...

Right side... glass is fully separated and deflected about 3/16" away from the gasket.

The seal on the left and top are fine, but the bottom and right are separated enough that I have to cut out the bottom and left edges of the gasket, and replace it with something that will both fill the gap and hold the glass in place.

After searching around, I haven't found any usable information on the frameless windows short of replacing the entire window, which is out of the budget at $500 before shipping.

The gasket between the windows is dry, and crumbles when it's cut with a knife, which makes me think it is not butyl. Then again, after baking in the sun for 9 years, anything is possible.

Can anyone recommend a sealant that can act as both a gasket and also maintain a solid bond with the glass?
