Slide out tilting

Question

The big slide with the dinning table and the hidabed is leaning a bit down when it is open,the beam under it is touching the lower part of the hole on the frame so when I move the slide in/out it scratches the beam.
Any suggestions besides going to an RV repair that I will be doing soon?

I just had my slide serviced because is was rubbing against the top of the slide motor.  Apparently Fleetwood is aware of this problem but is not issuing a notice to owners because they would have to pay for a recall and repairs.  Even my extended warranty would not pay because they said it was a known defect and Fleetwood should be responsible for the repairs.  Not sure if this is the same problem you are having, but I would contact the manufacturer customer service and report the problem immediately and document all communications with them.  Good luck.
