GPS DASH CAM -- $ 150

I saw an ad. I sought advice. The rest of you are foolish? Now what does THAT have to do with Mexico? Your answer reeks of racism. I would like a dash cam AND a GPS, but one that I can HEAR. Don't know about you but I learned a lot here. The first being a dash cam PLUS a GPS costs more than $150. That this product may not be such a good deal.
