I would do a straight Soc test on the panel to make sure you are getting more out of the MPPT function than the panel is putting out.
Since all of my batteries stay charged I had to create a load to push my panels and controller into MPPT bulk mode. Using a RC airplane starter that I was braking with my hand I was able to get up to around 17a until the spinner started burning my hand that is.
