Great Service from TST on my TPMS
Two years ago, I purchased a TST 507 Flow Thru for my new FW. TST offered a three year warranty on the system.
A few weeks ago, the system indicated I had a leak in one of the tires. I was surprised that the leak was actually coming from one of the TPMS sensors. I called TST, and they indicated that they've changed the design and the new design should eliminate the leaking sensors.
I just received a package in the mail from TST with four new sensors, and a new higher sensitivity antenna for the system. All at no charge.
I'll admit I'm one of the first to complain when a product does not measure up, but this time I wanted to share the word about the great service I received from TST. It's really nice when a company stands behind their product.
