Grill hook-up

Question

Trying to decide if I want to hook my road trip grill to the quick connect on the RV propane system.

What do I need to do as far as the regulator?

Do I leave the RT regulator in place or do I remove it and use the pressure supplied by the RV system?

Remove the regulator and replace it with this quick connect

Afterward, to use with a normal propane tank you will have to use something like regulator/hose

I have done this with my Weber Q2000.

Be sure to use this yellow Gas PTFE Tape instead of the white stuff rated for water.

Found this online the other day. Don't know if it will fit your particular grill, but thinking the connections might be pretty standard.

One of the things I liked is that the quick connect is far away from the grill, in case of a leak.
