Not sure where you are pricing LEDs, but you can put five of these in for less than $10 and some of your time. Remove the guts of the florescent and stick 5 of them in where the two tubes were. I would do the two you use the most and see how you like it before doing all of them. You will not get the 1/10 amp savings over halogen... maybe 1/5 though.
