Did some research and found besides the drill type air filler, Ryobi has a larger 18v battery one with an on/off switch and digital psi set and readout. Goes to 150psi. Since I already have the batteries for it, I stopped by Home Depot and bought it for $39.
At home, I gave it a try and it does fine raising the psi in my MH's tires a few pounds and allows me to add air to my rear air bags easily. I just set the psi, attach it and turn it on and it shuts off when preset psi is reached. Found it to provide exactly what I was looking for, a quick and easy way to just top off the tires and adjust the rear air bags. By the way, I found it took a 1/2 minute to add 5 psi to the tires.
Ryobi Air Filler

I bought a Ryobi not long ago to top off the truck and 5ver tires....it is slow and I can do at least 2 tires to bring them back up to 80pi before I have to charge the battery(which only takes less then 30 minutes). I do not have the room for a small compressor and this works out good for me. I always start a few days before I move so time is not a problem.

Might be useful in the car but I have a small portable for that already. So does my "Girlfriend" for her car (Well she's as close as I'm getting here, we are breaking up at the end of the month, which was our aggreement on day one, When the new motor goes in,, By By Honey).

I looked up the specs on the hand-held first linked in this thread. It delivers 1/4 cm^3 and I'll bet that isn't at 200 psi. A user can do his own math on how much space needs to be recovered in a tire that is 5 lb low but the bottom line is that the hand-held will be spinning for a very long time to get the air pressure in the tire up 5 lbs.

I would just drive it to a gas station to top it off. I have a large compressor at home to top off the tires but when I travel I carry a cheap portable and plug kit in case of a flat. In 12 years I used it once on the MH tire and once on the tow car. I found the portable allowed me to fill the tire enough to drive to a gas station and top it off to the correct pressure after I pick up a screw. They work good at lower pressures and short times but are easily destroyed by the time that it takes to achieve the higher pressures.

I have couple of 12volt air compressors that I carry in car and mh. They are slow so I get the ones that you can set to turn off when they reach the pressure needed.

I use a 12 volt to top off tires on my Class C - don't recall the name but think it's rated for 120 lbs. It takes a long time and I typically use it when the rig is hooked up to shore power (no battery issues). I have it for 15 plus years. I wouldn't consider using it on big tires on Class A.

Devices like the Air Dragon might be good for my Bicycle, but if I tried to use one on the RV I would have two problems

ONE: Come back tomorrow itius and the battery won't last that long (22.5" XRV's take a lot of air) even my 150 PSI 6 Gallon can't do it in one gulp.

Two: Won't fit the duals without extenders

I also have the tsunomi mv50 , modified for regular 1/4 air hose and clip on air chuck, many off road fans have the same compressor
And it still takes a minute or two per pound of extra pressure

It's not just the max pounds rating, it's the volume of air needed to make that 5 pound increase in an RV tire
Your going to be holding that handheld for an hour per tire to get the volume of air in there

IMO, those handheld inflators are for bicycle tires and inflatable toys, with the occassional topping up of a 32 PSI passenger car tire.

One can also find a 200 PSI rated air compresor for 5$, and it will overheat in 5 minutes, and become a battery depleting noisemaker while your tire loses pressure.

Beware of marketing.

I modified a 12v masterflow MV-50 for 1/4 NPT air hose fittings, and utilized a better locking tire chuck, used some thermal grease between cylinderwall and heatsink, added a 80MM fan, and upgraded the electrical connections in the tailcap, and have gotten 10+ years of use out of it.

But better models exist now.
