Your rig has a ground fault and this could be related to the new charger/inverter but needs to be resolved regardless. It could be an appliance or wiring.
You have a ground fault meaning current is leaking to frame ground. And since you also get a shock standing in grass you also have a open ground - ie your frame is not grounded.
Using adapters plug the rig into a 20A GFCI plug and it should trip which means it can be used to find the problems. Turn off all rig CGs and see if it trips. Then turn on the main followed by each CB until the GFCI trips. If that doesn't isolate the circuit then you could have a neutral to ground fault and to isolate that circuit you would remove the neutral wires to isolate the circuit.
Then on a faulty circuit it may be necessary to disconnect plug wiring starting with the first plug to isolate the problem. Could be an appliance or wiring problem.
Next you'll have to check your grounds to find that open ground.
