I get an email from my RV every four hours. Inside temp, outside temp, battery voltage and shore power voltage are included, as well as GPS location and weather conditions.
I used a raspberry pi and wireless sensors of my own design.
Easier way is an older phone with FaceTime set to auto answer pointed at a thermometer.
