I have a similar motorhome (Monaco Cayman), so I looked in the manual to find a probable cause for your problem. In the electrical part of the manual, there is a rather lengthy write-up on the Energy Management System where it discusses its operation when not on the generator or 50 amp service. Under a variety of conditions (when operating on 20 or 30 amps), the EMS will shed loads (mine has six controlled loads) until overall load drops to certain levels. Then, over time (3 hours), it will be start adding back the loads until the load reaches certain levels.
There is a lot of material on the EMS in the manual... which leads me to believe that a possible cause may be the EMS... either it's working correctly and protecting your system... or it's malfunctioning.
