Did you install high efficiency 13.5s that draw 11 amps or less?
Fridge and water on propane? Battery charged before turning on second air? What is the voltage with one air running? Do you have an energy management system?
Honestly though I would have strongly recommended 50a service for very little additional cost for a 50a RV where two air conditioners are expected to run.
