Financial institutions are exact and precise with process and protocol. I thought PayPal would adhere to the custom - I was wrong. I have a contact on the Wall Street journal who expressed interest in this this evening. The feds are going to start regulating this I am convinced. PayPal caused their own misery. They crafted it with loving care.
eBay on the other hand is almost impossible to reach. Boilerplate, after bite it's own tail, link chasing, to resolve payment issues. Have a problem with a vendor almost instant gratification - have a problem with eBay and a person is chasing a phantom.
